1. Terms of Acceptance

2. Nature of Services & Digital Products

UdiAcc operates as a digital marketplace providing access to social media profiles, aged accounts, high-karma profiles, and related digital assets. You acknowledge that:

• All digital products delivered are intangible and delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment verification.
• Upon delivery, full responsibility for the account credentials, security settings (passwords, recovery emails), and usage transitions to the buyer.

3. User Responsibilities & Fair Usage

Buyers are expected to follow safe account handling guidelines upon receiving credentials:

• You must change account passwords and update recovery emails immediately upon login verification.
• You are responsible for operating purchased accounts in compliance with the respective platform’s rules (e.g., Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Google).
• UdiAcc is not liable for account suspensions, bans, or limitations resulting from aggressive posting, spamming, proxy mismatches, or violation of third-party platform rules post-delivery.

4. Replacement Guarantee & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once credentials have been dispatched. However, we stand behind product accuracy under the following guarantee:

• Replacement Window: We offer a 24 to 48-hour warranty on account login validity from the exact time of delivery.
• Eligible Claims: If an account’s credentials fail to log in or do not match the specified metrics (e.g., karma count, follower count) at the time of delivery, UdiAcc will issue a prompt replacement.
• Ineligible Claims: No refunds or replacements will be provided if the account was successfully accessed and subsequently suspended or restricted due to user activity or improper proxy usage.

5. Payment & Fraud Prevention

All payments are billed in USD ($) or authorized equivalent currencies. Any fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate termination of all active orders, blacklisting of the buyer account, and revocation of delivered assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UdiAcc or its operators be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use purchased digital accounts.

7. Policy Modifications

UdiAcc reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
